Peptide Therapy
Peptide protocols are prescribed by a provider after reviewing your history, health markers and the specific goal you want to address.
Peptide Therapy, explained.
Peptides are short chains of amino acids that signal specific pathways: growth-hormone release, tissue repair, appetite regulation or immune modulation.
The peptide menu currently includes Wolverine, Glow, BDNF, PT-141, Gonadorelin, CJC 1295, 3X Blend and Oxytocin, with pricing posted before you book.
Prescribed peptides come from pharmacies. Most are given at home as a small subcutaneous injection using a small needle.
Every protocol has a defined start date and cycle length. Your dose and stop date are set at the first visit, then reviewed as the protocol continues.
Who this is for.
- Active adults whose recovery between training sessions has gotten noticeably worse.
- People with poor sleep quality who have already addressed the obvious inputs.
- Patients working on body composition alongside a hormone or weight-loss program.
- People recovering from a soft-tissue injury who want adjunct support with realistic expectations.
Who this is not for.
- Anyone with an active cancer diagnosis. Growth-secretagogue peptides are not appropriate.
- Women who are pregnant, breastfeeding or trying to conceive.
- Anyone with uncontrolled diabetes or active proliferative retinopathy, until managed.
- People looking for a substitute for sleep, protein intake or training. Peptides amplify a program; they do not replace one.
- Anyone who will not self-inject and does not want to come in for dosing.
What to expect with peptide therapy.
1
Labs and consultation
Visit 1, about 45 minutes
A provider reviews your history, relevant health markers and goals to determine whether a peptide protocol is appropriate.
2
Protocol and teaching
Same visit, 15 minutes
You leave with the peptide, syringes, a written dosing schedule and a hands-on injection lesson.
3
First 2 weeks
Titration
Most protocols start at a lower dose. Mild flush, hunger changes or injection-site redness are common and usually settle.
4
Weeks 4 to 8
Expected response
Sleep and recovery changes typically show up here. Body composition changes lag and need training and protein to hold.
5
Check-in
Week 8 to 12
A provider reviews your response and repeats labs where indicated. The findings determine whether the protocol continues, changes or stops.
